I have to say this was a quick and easy dish to make. My daughter got in the kitchen with me on this one. I will make a couple changes next time I make this though. I will be making this again for sure.

We really enjoyed this recipie. It was easy and not time consuming. I added some ingredients and the flavor was wonderful. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. I used fresh red & green peppers, mushrooms and garlic. I added my homemade taco seasoning (no salt) for a zippy flavor. I used a somewhat mild (listed on label) salsa which was somewhat spicy. The toasted tortilla's added a nice cruchy texture. Not much was left over. I will be making this one again.

This was so good. I left out the flour tortilla and added corn. Served with rice it was great.

Overall, this was a very good recipe. I did season the chicken with cumin, salt, chili powder and a bit of hot sauce before cooking. I also added a chopped up jalapano to the mix. It was really tasty and was even better heated up the next day for lunch!

This was not bad, but not THAT good either. I thought it was kind of boring. It all tasted like salsa and nothing else. BORING

This is the tastiest, easiest recipe I've ever cooked. I did add some poultry seasoning to the dish . . . other than that, it's super fast and easy. We eat it at least 2x per month in our house now!

Everyone loved it; even the ones who would only take a spoon to taste it at first went back for more! I salt/peppered the chicken before browning and used a mix of fresh/frozen broccoli, mushrooms, corn, red peppers (couldn't find the frozen mixes at the store), steamed them in the microwave then drained them before adding to the skillet. Suggest more salsa than is called for, garnish with sour cream, side of cornbread. As someone else suggested, I toasted the chips (use lots more than called for, and easy to cut with scissors into the strips) in the oven--380 degrees for maybe 10 minutes, spray the cookie sheet and the pan with oil, turn several times and do not let them turn brown or they'll taste burnt..believe me, I know ;). Will definitely make again! Yummmy!

Not that terrific. I had my standards set pretty high after reading all the other reviews. It's alright, but certainly nothing I'd want to make again and again. The taste was quite bland.

we liked this alot! i would definatley recommend crisping the tortillas before adding, and add more than the recipe calls for. i thnk it was part of this dish. we didnt put broccoli or mushrooms in it, my husband and i both thought that would be a little wierd with salsa, and it turned out spectacular!!! i would def recommend serving with sour cream and maybe something else...

I love this recipe! My DH really likes it and he's so not a chicken person! However, I coat the chicken in Taco Seasoning before cooking and then add some frozen peppers in with the vegetables - AWESOME!Thanks Betty!

I made this for the first time on a Tuesday evening after work. It was so easy and quick. You can adjust the amount of "heat" by the spiciness of the salsa that you use. Very healthy and an easy way to get in vegetables. My family just loved it. I have no doubt I will make it again.

My husband and i Loved this it was quick and easy to make. I did however add a whole jar (16oz) instead of the 8oz of salsa. It is s filling though. We had to invite our neighbors over to eat some because there would have been way to many left overs. But they loved it too.

I marinated the chicken with Baha marinade and used zesty taco and ranch Doritos instead of tortillas. I also added some red bliss potatoes.

This recipe is just fantastic. I am not much of a cooker and was looking for a fast and easy recipe, that didn't taste fast and easy. This is it! I had most of the ingredients on hand, and it was not only fast but extremely easy. Since I have a toddler I skipped some of the ingredients so that it wouldn't be too spicy, but it is still a delicious meal. My two year old loves it, and eats everything off her plate, even the brocoli!

Great dinner, easy to make and great to eat, rolls go well with this meal. :) We replaced the frozen vegies with fresh ones as we always do and it tasted bolder.
