I made this for a co-workers birthday. Everyone raved about it. It is simple to make and everyone thought it was made from scratch. Even my kids (5 & 2) ate it and said it was great. I have given recipe out to 8 people. You bet it will be at the 4th of July potluck with my family. |

I have not tried this recipe but several weeks ago I made strawberry shortcake using chocolate chip muffin mix and it was delicious. I'll try this one soon, maybe for an upcoming family reunion. |

I think if one wants a Blueberry Short Cake the Straw Berries would distract that special taste. Maybe it's just me because I don't really like Straw Berries. |

I'm sure this would be a fantastic treat, but how can you serve 54 carbs/34 sugars per small serving to the unsuspecting? |

Just made this today and was it good. The shortcake was so unique with blueberries in it and on top. I used Splenda to mix with the strawberries and blueberries, but there was no difference in taste. Will definitely make it again for company. |
