Comments: Very good and easy. I added just the whole can of diet strawberry pop, instead of the eggs and oil. Still came out great and much better for you! Fruity and Light; will be making again for sure! |

Comments: I have found that if you use soda, you can omit the eggs and oil from the box instructions and not miss them! Cake is very moist and very heart-healthy. |

Comments: I made these just the other night for Food Day at the office. What a hit! So easy to do and the frosting goes great with it. Thought about adding a little bit of strawberry preserves in the center next time. This one goes in my recipe box. |

Comments: I used orange-flavored soda, which I had on hand, instead of the strawberry-flavored soda and it turned out great! I also made orange frosting using red and yellow food coloring and orange sugar sprinkles as decorations on top. Took these to work as a treat for my co-workers and everyone loved them! |

Comments: Cupcakes turned out really cute and tasted good as well. I think next time I will try the suggestion of adding the leftover soda to whipped icing. |

Comments: I made these when I had guests over for dinner. Everyone seemed to love them. I probably would have except they were a little too sweet and gave me heartburn (I'm pregnant currently, so anything sweet does). I liked the flavor the cake mix turned into and look forward to soon using Orange soda to make it like a 50/50 bar. |

Comments: This is an old-time favorite recipe which I have been using for childrens birthday cakes for the last 40 years. When it was first introduced as a cake, canned vanilla pudding was used between the layers and on top. Fago strawberry pop was used in the mix and strawberries were placed around the top of the cake. Cool whip was used as the frosting, but I think the creamy frosting might be a better choice. This makes just a beautiful cake. |

Comments: Fabulous! - Substitute Whipped frosting for regular and mix in the leftover soda from the cake (about 2 tablespoons) into the frosting - It makes for a great "cream" to the strawberries and cream cupcakes! They couldn't get enough of these! |

Comments: I loved this recipe! I saved a little of the can of soda and mixed it in with the frosting, instead of the red food coloring (I used the Whipped frosting) and it turned out super fluffy and really took on the "cream" portion of this dessert. I usually stash a 1/2 dozen to keep at home after a party, but this time everyone wanted more, so I lost my stash! - by the way, I forgot the sprinkles and no big deal - it would make it nice for children adding the colorfulness. |

Comments: This was an easy recipe to follow. Adding the strawberry soda gave the cake a lot of extra flavor. The taste and consistency of the cupcakes was much like an angel food cake, which my family liked. I will make these cupcakes again and again. |
