These taste delicious, but I gave 4 spoons because of presentation. These cookies flattened ~ even after being chilled. Don't get me wrong... the taste is yummy. A little on the sweet side and super easy to make, but if they don't look great, I can't give as gifts.

I had the problem with the cookies flattening out. Looked aweful but were still good. I bit sweet in a sugary-addictive way. Hard to stop eating them. I wanted to bring them to a party but looking like they did I couldn't. Not sure I'd give this another try...

I didn't seem to have a problem with them flattening out too much. Yes, they flattened but it wasn't too much. I did not do the glaze either. I did dust with powdered sugar after they cooled though. They are really sweet. Just a really easy recipe to make. Oh, I also toasted some chopped pecans and coconut and sprinkled that on when they came out of the oven. Actually I had the pecans and coconut left over from another recipe...... It was a nice addition. I will make them again.

My family loves this recipe. I use softened butter (not melted). I scoop the dough with a tablespoon sized scoop, roll the dough into a ball and roll the ball in granulated sugar. Then I make the indent. I "pipe" the rasberry jam into the indents using a plastic bag with the corner snipped off (much faster than using a spoon). Hint: mix/stir up the jam first so there are no clumps. The cookies spread out a little but that's ok. I don't use the white chocolate since I rolled the dough in sugar. The cookies are a hit every time!

This cookie is great and easy to make. My sister also made these with strawberry jam, and it was good, but not as good as the raspberry. I think the tartness of the raspberry make these cookies great. This recipe has become my most requested Christmas cookie.

This was an awesome recipe! They were so easy to make, and I'm not one who is fond of rolling cookie dough. I didn't even use the drizzle and they were delicious! I am a die-hard chocolate lover, but I have to say that this cookie is my absolute favorite! We also tried this recipe with peach preserves, and they were good too but the raspberry was the better flavor to use. One tip - if using the tip of a wooden spoon to poke a hole in the ball, make sure you don't go too far to the bottom. We had a few cookies that developed holes in the jam center after they were baked. These are a definite keeper!

Loved this cookie! They turned out so pretty and were so easy to make. Very delicious although they were a bit too sweet and they flattened out quite a bit during baking. Will definitely make these again.

I subsituted the white chocolate drizzle with a dusting of confection sugar. My husband and son are going nuts over these cookies!

This was a delicious and easy recipe! And the idea to put the white chocolate in the plastic baggie is great! I had several compliments that it looked like it was store bought because it looked so fancy! It's a very sugary cookie, but still very tasty. I used raspberry jam with seeds, and it turned out completely fine.

Delicious and soooo easy! They are a little sweeter than traditional shortbread-type thumbprint cookies because of the sugar cookie mix but that's a minimal trade-off for the convenience. As reported, they do spread and I didn't use all melted butter; I was shooting for softened but it ended up VERY soft and partially melted. It's possible that if the dough were chilled before baking, they might spread less. That would be something to try. I also drizzled with a powdered sugar/milk glaze rather than the white choc. just because it's easier and I like it better. I will definitely make these again.

I followed other's reviews and used softenened rather than melted butter and had no spreading issues. I used strawberry jam and skipped the colored sugars and white drizzle, the cookies came out great although next time I will remember to remove them from the pan to cool as the bottoms got too brown. For those that want extra jam for a more picturesque look you can add it after baking, warm it in the microwave to make it easier to dish out.

My boyfriend and I used to buy cookies like this in high school to have with our coffee. Now I can have them fresh baked! They turned out great, really tasty. I've already made them twice and each time they disappear.

These are pretty yummy and easy to make! I was home not wanting to go anywhere and all I had was sugar cookie mix...so I looked and looked until I found a recipe that I could make without a bunch of additional ingredients. I had homemade apricot jam and they turned out delicious! I didn't make them with the white chocolate drizzle but they were tasty and just what I needed to satisfy my sweet tooth! Mine turned out flat too but tasted great!

This cookie was yummy and looked pretty on my holiday cookie plates. Truthfully, I didn't bother with the white chocolate and just used 2 tubes of store bought white icing instead. My little girl had fun helping me decorate. I'll make them again next year.

THE BEST COOKIES I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I didn't melt the butter (just softened it) and kept the balls really small and they didn't spread at all. So delicious!
