This recipe is great! Anytime I make these, no matter where I go, people love them! It's also a super easy recipe with easy to get ingredients.

I modified this a bit and it was awesome (and healthier! I used weight watchers santa fe soup (it has black beans, corn, and spices in it) and mixed this with the sauce and sour cream (low fat). Everything else was the same except that I also added refried beans

I did what an earlier reviewer and made this into a casserole rather than suffer the irritation of trying to roll corn tortillas. I was a little disappointed with the lack of spice in this. I'm thinking of using the Hot Enchilada sauce next time-I never ever buy the Hot! There just wasn't any spice to it so it really surprised me when my husband said he liked it - he never thinks anything is spicy enough. Maybe our tastebuds were off. I'll try the leftovers today to see if the spices developed any further.

DELICIOUS! EASY! My family LOVED it, even my 5 year old scraped her plate clean :) I used shredded rotisserie chicken, added 1 tsp cumin and 1 can of green chilies to the chicken mixture and flour tortillas. Served with refried beans, spanish rice, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and sour cream. To quote Rachael Ray "YUM-O!"

The Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Soup was totally awesome.I love it so much, I went to buy 10more cans, BUT every time I go, they are all out. I tried 3 different stores and they sell out fast. I am now a new continuous Progresso Soup buyer. I don't normally buy Progresso but now I am for sure but ONLY that 1 soup. Please don't stop selling this Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Soup.

Was very good! The shells didnt really hold together so it was more like a casserole dish. But it was still very good. I took this to my MOPS meeting and everyone loved it. Definatly a keeper!

My family enjoyed this recipe. Quick, easy, and not too cheesy. LOL! It could use a little spice. Soup was a little hard to find, but I did find it at Jewels. Overall it was a keeper. Great recipe to use left over chicken. I will be making this again.

This recipe was wonderful and easy! I, too, used the Campbell's Nacho Cheese soup and it came out great! I make another chicken enchilada recipe, but it is much more time consuming than this one is. I also added some frozen corn and black olives to the mix! This is great for a quick, week-night meal!

*sigh* I was excited to make this recipe, but was a bit disappointed. My husband said it was good, but I'm not a fan. =[

My family wanted an enchilada dinner and I usually make beef enchiladas. Since we had such a large group over the holidays, we decided to look for a chicken enchilada recipe. This one looked good and we decided to try it. Everyone loved the chicken enchiladas! We ate more of them then the beef ones they had originally requested. Will definitely keep this recipe. Try the Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Soup with it as an appetizer and you will have a hit!

I made this for dinner and it was great. My boys and husband could not get enough. I added extra cheese. But it is a winner. Will make it again.

This is the best. I used Campbells Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup and added a package of Lipton's Mexican Rice. It turned out great. They were gone in no time.
