Comments: My family and I thought it was awful. The flavor was gross. My boys would not eat more than one bite. I will never make it again. SORRY |

Comments: Hubby and I liked it. I seasoned the steaks with garlic salt, though. |

Comments: This is a great recipe to add new flavor to cube steak. I also put hot sauce in the eggs and seasoned up the cube steak for extra flavor. If you like Nacho Cheese Doritos then you will be pleased with the recipe. |

Comments: My mother taught me how to make cube steak, and I made it that way for years.
I made this recipe as a change of pace and my husband raved about it. "Don"t lose this recipe," he said. |

Comments: this is simple to prepare and my husband really liked it for a change from regular chicken fried steak (and he's a retired chef of 30 yrs) not easy to impress |

Comments: I thought this recipe was awesome. It sure spices up regular chicken fried steak. My family loved it! I added a dash of crushed red pepper to the egg wash, and a little Pappy's seasoning, and garlic salt to the steaks themselves. I also made baked potatoes with salsa, shredded chedder cheese, and sour cream to go with the meal. A salad with avacado completed this crunchy, tasty dinner. A definate family winner! |

Comments: Was OK...not great though. I expected much more flavor. I actually changed it a bit and added some hot sauce to the egg waash and also put the salsa and cheese on and kept over low heat in a covered skillet for the cheese to melt prior to serving. My family ate it and said it was OK, but did not want me to keep the recipe to make again in the future :( |
