Outstanding selection. Our family loved it with a bit of extra kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper and a splash of lime juice.

My husband absolutely loved these. I added onions and green peppers to the Quesadillas and used olive oil instead of the butter. This recipe will be on my favorite list !!!

This recipe went straight into my recipe book: it was that good! The chiles are what gave the quesadillas that great flavor, and my family devoured them, including my 3 young daughters. I will definately be making them again! Thanks!

Very good and easy - I took out the chili peppers because they aren't a big hit in our family, but it was still very tasty.

I jazzed mine up a little. I diced chicken tenders and sauted it with thinly sliced onions and a small jar of Green Giant sliced mushrooms. Came out great! The family love them.

I enjoyed the simpicity of this meal, it is a easy way to satify hunger. It was also very easy to learn, and easy on the buget to. As a Mexican fanatic I will try any Mexican dish I find. Though it wasent a gormet meal it was very good, a little dry, but then again all casdilas are dry. Overall it was a pleasent expirience and has been incorperated into my recipe book. (it's also good as a leftover if you dont want them all at once or dont have enought people to finesh them.)
