This recipe was delicious! Much better than store bought, because you could really taste the fresh ingredients like lemon juice and garlic.

I made this for a special occasion. I thought I would try to make it myself because we love hummus. This was not good at all, I'm on my way to the grocery store to buy theirs.

I LOOVE this recipe. I never thought i could make my own but it was sooooooo easy and way cheeper than always buying it at the store like i have been for years!!! I added 1 can of roasted red pepper to "kick it up a notch" U can also add anything you would like to make it diferent. such as: sun dried tomatoe, lemon and lime, curry, nutmeg, grated carrots!!! Anything really!!

I LOVE hummus....the only thing that I HATE about this recipe is that they said that Chick Peas are Garbanzo beans. That is NOT true, you can look it up on google.com if you don't believe me, but it is true that they come from the same family of food, but they are not the same thing. If you really want to have the real thing, use the REAL chick pea, they are sold at Foreign Food stores all over San Diego County! Enjoy!
