I made this salad for our family holiday get-together and got lots of compliments. I used fresh bean sprouts instead of the canned kind because I could use more sprouts. I also used a variety of lettuce - romaine, iceberg and butter. There are 2 things I will change next time I make this salad...I will use more sesame seeds and less cinnamon, which tends to clump in the oil, and occasionally you get a bite with too much cinnamon. I prepared everything ahead of time, and tossed the ingredients together just before serving. This is a flavorful salad, and you might want to consider throwing in some slivered almonds or fried wonton strips for some crunch...or throw in some chicken strips and make a whole meal of it!
