This had good taste, but the noodles got a little too mushy. Maybe add water little by little until they are done?

This was great! I made a few ajustments, I added 3 cloves chopped garlic, and some crushed red pepper to the meat while cooking, also used chicken broth instead of water and made it 2 cups instead of 1 1/2.

This dish was great and will be one of those recipes I go back to again and again. It's so easy, quick and versatile you can use whatever you have on hand. I made ours with chicken and chicken flavored ramen noodles. I did add some garlic powder and tonight when I make it I think I will use chicken stock instead of water to give it more flavor. My husband loved it and he doesn't usually like Asain type dishes with noodles. Thank you Betty Crocker for this easy and versatile recipe.

I added a little bit of garlic powder and used a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables instead of fresh. It was so easy and tasty! I put in a cup and a half of water and the ramen was not mushy as others reported. Best of all, my boyfriend said he loves it! Not to mention it's ingredients are interchangable.

Too much salt. Going to try only one flavor package with 2 noodle packages next time. Other than that very simple and quick dinner.

This recipes looks good and easy, my kind. But I worry about the amount of sodium, 980 grams. Any suggestions on how to reduce that? Thanks to anybody who can help!!!

Very good, very, very quick recipe. My kids really enjoyed this. I cooked the ramen noodles a bit first, and added about 1/2 cup water with 1/4 cup mandarin orange juice with about 1/4 cup mandarin oranges, and a bit-about 1 tsp. sesame oil with the veggie oil. It gave it a bit more flavor and the oranges gave a subtle sweet flavor to balance the soy sauce. The pork was very tender. Don't throw it out if you don't like it first, as did other reviewers, you can always doctor it up! Very yummy!!

This was very easy and good! I had to substitute beef flavor Ramen noodles because I couldn't find the pork flavor. It was still very tasty and my whole family loved it. I will make this again.

I give this recipe two thumbs up. Not only was it easy, it's a great budget recipe. I really like that you could substitute with chicken or beef and the same goes for the vegetables.

I was pleased to find this recipe one night while looking for a quick meal. My husband not only loves ramen, but he adds soy sauce when he makes it, so I thought this would be perfect. I used chicken breasts and chicken flavored ramen and it came out great. I also used 3 packages of ramen but only two of the seasoning packets, and added some extra water to make up for the extra noodles (total 2 1/4 cups water). I used whatever frozen vegetables I had, broccoli cuts, cauliflower and mixed vegetables, and cooked them with the chicken before adding the liquids and noodles. It was easy and delicious. no leftovers!

few things for this dish- %0d%0a1. it is really good by itself, without adding extra seasoning or soy sauce, however, a little to "unflavorful" for my familys taste. so i added a little garlic, some salt and pepper, and some celery salt to help that out a little bit. i also added an extra tsp or two of soy sauce. it doesnt make it salty but still adds a more vibrant flavor. i also added both an orange and yellow pepper in with the the red.%0d%0a2. we also decided that we would like more of a sauce consistency, so next time another 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water, a little cornstarch, and an extra seasoning pack. leave out the broccoli, [hubby didnt prefer it] and add some water chesnuts [drained] for a more authentic chinese style dish. %0d%0a%0d%0aoverall, even the pickest pork eater will enjoy this. i know that i did and im definatley not crazy about pork stir fry. but i truly enjoyed this and would recomnd it to anyone on a budget or just trying to get rid of some household food with out going to the store.%0d%0a%0d%0a:D

Delicious! I omitted the second Ramen Noodle seasoning packet. I also covered the skillet after combining all the ingredients. This allowed the noodles and vegetables to moisten.

I loved this recipe, but I made it with shrimp and shrimp flavored ramen noodles. I altered the veggies as well, it was very tasty. Will serve it again.
