I made this for my daughter's Youth Group and the kids just loved it. The smell that fills the house while it bakes is unbelievable. I encourage you to try this recipe, you won't be sorry.

Great taste and very easy to make. My family loved it and the unique icing is light and the cake is fluffy. I will make this again!

I make cakes weekly for my father's restaurant and this one was one of the patron's all time favorites! Everyone was asking for the recipe and wishing there was one last piece!! I love the cakes that you just add stuff to a regular box mix and feels like you make something wonderful from scratch! I did double the glaze as suggested and did have some trouble spreading the top layer of cake batter on without pulling up some of the brown sugar layer, but it didn't compromise the taste a bit.

A sure fire favorite! This is a very easy, few ingredient recipe. It is a wonderful breakfast staple. The last time I baked this, I poured all of the batter into the baking dish, topped with the cinnamon/sugar, then swirled with a knife - verses layering. It turned out well and I found it was a little easier than layering because the batter is thick. Either way, it's a great cake!

This is a yummy and easy cake to make - great for any time of the day! The only thing I would do different would be to cut back a little on the icing and the brown sugar. Other that that - it is WONDERFUL!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! I have made this cake quite a few times, and it looks exactly like the picture. I do make a little bit more glaze for the top though. My youngest son, Nathan, who is 18 years old today, is quite picky when it comes to cakes. I ran across this recipe on the cake box a few years back. Nathan absolutely loved this cake; and so did the rest of my family. Nathan has requested this cake for his birthday for the last few years. I am making this cake for him this morning. I could not find the recipe, so I had to come onine to find it. This is a wonderful site, and the recipe was extremely easy to find. THANKS FOR THE WONDERFUL SITE. I will be looking for other recipes on this site.

I made this Honey Bun Cake for my Son's 44th Birthday. He had requested Chocolate w/White Icing. He just kept oohing and aahing over it. I am going to make it again when my daughter visits us from Florida in October, 2008. So delicious, I can eat it for breakfast. Thanks Betty Crocker!!!

This cake was easy to make, super moist and delicious! I took it to my in'law's house for our weekly pizza night and everyone raved about it! Even though there were leftovers, we weren't asked to take any home with us! I did have to thin the glaze with a bit more milk, but otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfectly. Definitely a keeper!

The original recipe we have does not use oil, but instead uses 2 sticks of butter softened. We cut it off of a Betty Crocker box a few years back.
