Comments: I loved this recipe. I tried it with the frosing however, I prefer using whipped topping. It has less sugar nd blends better with the berries. |

Comments: I love this cake it reminds me of my Grandmother, she would twist it a little, she uses white/yellow cake mix and pokes hole in it and pours warm Cherry and Bluerazberry Jello over the cake and icings it with Cool Whip and decorates it as a Flag with blueberries and Strawberries, it is so yummy and pretty. Amazing things we can learn from our grandmothers. |

Comments: I baked this cake for the 4th of July and instead of using vanilla cake mix I used a chocolate butter recipe mix and it was delicious. This is a new recipe that's added to my favorites without a doubt!! |

Comments: This cake was delicious, eve though I added I a few twists. I used cool-whip as the icing, instead of yellow cake we used strawberry cake, and I also used cherries instead of the blueberries. It was beautiful. Reminded the family of a strawberry shortcake. |

Comments: I have made this cake over six times. When I make it I usually take it to work on the fourth and to church the Sunday before or on the fourth. Every body comments on how pretty and how good the cake tastes. It is very simple to make. I usually make it with a strawberry cake and I leave it in the pan I bake it in. The cool whip is something that is not too sweet so it complaments the fruit very well. |

Comments: My father was born on the fourth of July. This cake has been a family tradition for several years. It is yummy, looks nice and is always a crowd pleaser at our house. I make it in advance and put it in the refrigerator so that the icing can harden a little so that the strawberries don't slide off. |

Comments: I made this cake for a company bbq and it was the hit of the picnic. I made one with yellow cake mix and whipped vanilla frosting, and the other one I made with a lemon cake mix and cool whip topping. Only problem I had is with the strawberrys running a little bit on the icing, I would take the suggestion of another reviewer and dab a them in a little powder sugar before putting on the icing. I would HIGHLY suggest for anyone that is going to a bbq or picnic in the next month or so to bring this... |
