Comments: This was wonderful. We thought the servings were very large. I served it for dinner with a Waldorf salad and whole grain rolls. We found it to be more like 8 servings. The leftovers reheated very nicely in the microwave though. |

Comments: I loved this recipe!!! I made it for my future sister-in-laws bridal shower luncheon and then again for my MOPS meeting and had rave reviews both times. Everyone wanted the recipe. If you love cheese this recipe is for you. :) |

Comments: I made this dish for my friends at work. I substituted spinach and red pepper for the veggies and cooked this in my toaster oven the same morning!It was such a hit, that they all wanted the recipie!I think this would make a wonderful dinner, with salad and potato! |
