Comments: These were really tasty and so easy to make. I used my George Forman grill to cook them and they were great! My kids and I had a great time making them assembly line style. We made some following this recipe and some Ham with stone ground mustard and cheddar. |

Comments: The garlic in the pesto is overpowering. Cutting down the garlic to only one or two cloves - - not three- - may be better. Sandwich was delicious. Fried it slowly in a pan on medium heat slowly- - and it was just perfect - cheese was melted perfectly. I used Vienna bread (a bit thinner and smaller that Italian). Very good. My son loved it. He wanted thirds! |

Comments: Pretty good. I grilled them in a skillet, like a grilled cheese, and the bread was very toasty and a little hard to eat. Also the cheese didnt melt very good. |

Comments: I made this sandwich with rye bread instead of the italian bread and it was so delicious! It's very simply, straightforward and the combination of beef, pesto and mozarella is unbelievably good! It's like eating at a great deli restaraunt and it only takes a few minutes. |

Comments: THIS IS A GREAT RECIPE. I HAVE MADE THIS FOR MANY YEARS AND USE MOZZERALLA AND PROVOLONE CHESSES. I DO NOT USE THE PESTO BUT INSTEAD I EITHER PUT IN SOME ROASTED RED PEPPERS OR HOT PEPPERS, WHICHEVER IS PREFERRED. |

Comments: I used a sliced roast beef instead of deli beef and shook a little bit of worchestershire sauce on each one before I warmed them on the grill. OH YUMMMY! My family enjoyed them tremendously. |

Comments: Oh boy, hubby and I liked this one. The flavors were great together. I was worried that the garlic flavor of the pesto would be overpowering but, I was wrong. I served this with a salad and it was a great meal. This is a keeper. |

Comments: MMMMMMMMM this was amazing! Be sure to carefully choose your roast beef, you want a premium one to really appreciate the flavor. Boar's Head is great if you can get it!! This is one of the few 5's we've given out! |

Comments: What a great sandwich! It is simple, very few ingredients and you can change or add ingredients too. I substituted the pesto for dijon mustard and it was fantastic. I bet it would be good with sweet honey mustard too, hmmm... |

Comments: This turned out great. I put them on the grill and the bread was nice and crispy. Next time I will buy pre-sliced bread, they didn't grill quite perfectly when I cut slices from a round loaf. This would be awesome with all sorts of variations! |
