Comments: OMG so good! I'm so glad I checked the reviews before making. I also baked in a 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes, but turned down to warm due to having to pick someone up. By the time I got home, it had been in "warm" oven for about 35 minutes, but was STILL flavorful and juicy -- just a tad overdone, but still yummy! Boyfriend said, "Oh wow, put this one in the book!" :) |

Comments: I will try this recipe soon because it sounds very good. This one tip may help with this dish. I use Reynolds Wrap Easy Release Non Stick for many recipes that may stick to a dish/pan/cookie sheet. It works great. Just be sure to use a cookie sheet or dish with sides as the chicken, vegetables, or what ever you are baking/broiling/roasting will slide off. It saves on the clean up and the amount of fat you consume. |

Comments: this dish is amazing...this coming from a ranchaholic. i did change a few things. i got tenderlions dipped them in ranch dressing then mixed plain bread crumbs and ranch dressing mix in the packet rolled the chicken in that then baked at 400degrees for 45 min. just remember to grease the bottom of your pan a little so you dont lose your breading. my picky 3 yr old loved this...will definately make this again |

Comments: This chicken is amazing! If you love chicken & ranch this is the ultimate recipe for you! The chicken is so moist & flavorful that you don't even need to dip it in ranch but you can if you wish. Also we baked our chicken to make it healthier. I highly recommend everyone try this recipe, it will become a family favorite I promise! We have added this into the rotation & usually make it every two weeks, it is definitely a meal we look forward to! |

Comments: I loved this! It's so easy and quick. I mixed in a packet of fiesta ranch mix with my bread crumbs in addition to the lite ranch dressing that I dredged my chicken with. I used chicken strips and baked at 400 for 35 minutes. Be sure to grease your glass dish well or some of your breading will stick! |

Comments: I made this quick and easy recipe this evening and we really liked it however as repeated below in other reviews--the breading fell off really easily. I may try baking it next time! |

Comments: This was an easy dinner. I did take the advice of many reviews and baked it. All breading stayed on and it was tasty. Could have used a little more ranch flavor, so next time I may add dry ranch mix to the bread crumbs. I will make this again. |

Comments: I have made this recipe several times and find it very tasty. (I use chilled leftovers as salad toppers) However, I too, find that the breading falls off during frying. I'm wondering if baking, for whatever reason, keeps the breading in place better? |

Comments: This is one of the staple dished that I cook. I have found that if you'll use your hands to pull the excess ranch off before breading the chicken, the flavor will be better because the breading doesn't fall off during cooking. If your coating of ranch is too thick, the breadcrumbs tend to clump and fall off when you touch it. I also cut the breasts into fingers when I need to speed up the cooking time. |

Comments: I have been making this recipie for years. I found it in the Betty Crocker cook book. My whole family loves this recipie, and it's incredibly fast and simple to make. I found if you turn it carefully with a fork the coating usually doesn't come off, and if your cooking temp is med. |

Comments: It is easy to make but almost all of the breading falls off in the pan and the chicken breasts should be flattend so they all cook evenly. Not impressed at all. |

Comments: I love this because it is so easy and I usually have all the items needed.
I used Litehouse Jalapeno Ranch (yum). I also added an envelope of Ranch to my Italian breadcrumbs. I baked in 400 degree oven for half an hour and I am out of the kitchen. |

Comments: I actually made this a little different and it didnt fall apart like some of you said.
First i mixed the bread crumbs with a packet of Hidden Valley ranch seasoning packet to give it a little more ranch flavor. And I also mixed in some sour cream with the ranch dressing to make it a bit thicker.
Instead of using a skillet I baked them in the oven for 30-40 minutes on 400 degrees. This method is a little healthier than using a skillet as well.
Trust me it is a delicious modification! |

Comments: i cooked the ranch chicken last night. it did eventually get done and taste pretty well. however, the ranch dressing/bread crumb coating all came off while in the skillet. by the time the chicken was done it had a vague hint of ranch flavor but not as much as it should have, considering i dipped the entire breast in and then sealed the coat with bread crumbs.
overall it tasted good though. |
