My kids loved this. The only thing I did different was I only added a tablespoon or two of onion instead of a whole onion. That was plenty for us. We don't like to much onion flavor.

We love this recipe. It is easy and very good. We love it with tomato and lettuce or for a spicy touch some good salsa and some avocado. Yummmm!!

I use to make this more than 20 years ago for my children and lost the recipe. Now I am raising a 4 yr. old Grandson and I am so glad I have the recipe again. This time I printed it out and put in my recipe book. The recipe is so versatile and can be changed in so many ways, anything from breakfast to lunch to dinner and snacks. Thanks for the opportunity to have this wonderful recipe once again.

I made this last night. My kids are very picky! Usually one likes something, the other doesn't. Both of my kids liked this one. Even went back for seconds. I also served lettuce and tomato with it. This ones a keeper.

I made the Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie a couple nights ago, hoping there would be some left for another meal, or at least a snack! No such luck -- my husband and I cleaned up the whole pie! And it won't be long and I'll make us another one. I can't believe this recipe has been around so long and this is the first time I tried it. Better late than never. Whenever I get compliments on my cupcakes, I always say, "It's just me and Betty..." and give credit where credit is due. Keep up the good work!

this is an easy recipe to turn into breakfast. just substitute breakfast sausage and add some fresh spinach when you sprinkle on the cheese you should increase the bisquick, milk, and eggs by half and cook for about 5 mins longer. its been a family fav in our house for years1!!!!!!

I couldn't believe how easy this was. I made it exactly as the directions indicated, but now have come up with many variations I would like to try. My 10-year old son couldn't get enough of it!! He truly thinks I'm the best cook ever!

My husband loves this so much, he usually eats half the pie by himself and takes the leftovers in his lunch the next day! When I make the pie, I always add a couple tablespoons each of ketchup and yellow mustard. Sometimes I serve it topped with shredded lettuce and tomatoes and yes....hamburger dill slices! This is also one of my favorite dinners, and it's so quick and easy to make. A real winner!!

I make this with leftover taco meet, and add the diced tomatoes & chopped green onion. I serve it with the left over shredded lettuce, sour cream and salsa. Everyone loves it! (But I too add more Bisquick usually 3/4 cup)

This recipe is great! I made it with ground turkey, rather than beef and threw in half a chopped green pepper, some dry mustard and a couple of tablespoons of medium salsa to give the turkey additional flavor. Very easy and very tasty! Enjoy!

Such an easy recipe, great for those I forgot about dinner nights, like tonight. An old family friend gave me the recipe, but told me it's also on the box, and I loved it. When I got married I wasn't the best cook, still am not, but this is something my husband really likes, and it's hard to find things he likes. I add some veggies here and there with some low-fat cheeses and the health smart bisquick, it's my way of sneaking the health into the food he eats, he's my child at heart.

Love this recipe. I don't use the whole egg mixture and if u eat this with some sour cream it just brings more of the flavor out. This is a favorite!

Nice and easy, but mine turned out too mushy. I think the 1 cup of milk was a little more than actually needed. It tasted fine but the texture left much to be desired!
