i have made this recipe three times now for doings at my church and each time more and more people have seen this cake and tell other people that they just have to try it. that it is one of the best poppy cakes that they have ever had. a huge success! |

This is really easy, and it's delicious. It's perfect for breakfast for everyone on the go. I'd never baked anything before, and I've made it three times since. |

this cake is AMAZING and it's incredibly simple to make. you don't even really have to make the glaze because the muffin mixes come with a packet of glaze in them, i just use that stuff. my mother-in-law requests that i make this cake for every special occasion and everyone asks for the recipe. i love it! |
