Comments: This was easy to make. The crust was NOT good! It tasted like buscuits on top of the peaches. The peaches and the glaze was wonderful. This was great after I threw away the crust. |

Comments: This cobbler was simple and delicious! I was a little unsure on the method of "cutting" the recipe suggested but I tried it and it worked perfectly. I served this with Breyer's Fat Free Vanilla Ice Cream. |

Comments: This IS the best peach cobbler recipe I have found. I have been using it for years & it's always gone by the next day. The only thing about the recipe is that there doesn't seem to be enought peaches (for me) so I double the peaches, but not the sugar, cinnamon, or lemon juice. Those I do start as the recipe calls for but do adjust for taste depending on the ripeness of the peaches. Then, I increase the dough by only half instead of doubling it. This will make our family approx 8 servings in a 38x25x4cm 4L (15x10x2inch) ungreased casserole dish. |

Comments: Even an experienced cook like me continues to look for new recipes. This cobbler is so easy. If pressed of time, try using self rising flour and light canned peaches. I have now placed my "old" recipe in the bottom of my recipe file and placed this new recipe on top of my "tested and favorite" recipes.I'm glad that I signed up with BettyCrocker.com. |

Comments: My whole family absolutley loves this recipe. We have been making it for years. The sweet peaches and biscuit type dough go perfect together. It is not too sweet. The only thing I change about this recipe, is that I increase the peach filling by 1/2, so instead of 4c. peaches, I use 6. Increase the rest of the peach mixture ingredients accordingly. |

Comments: The recipe looks very delicious, however, I will probably cook my peaches until they are very soft and then add all the other ingredients.Shirley ErnestNorfolk, VA |

Comments: I've been making this for about 20 years. It is so easy and delicous. it works best with really ripe peaches at the height of the season.A quick tip to remove the skin: make an x with a sharp knife on the bnottom of each peach and blanch in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. The skin should peel right off in 4 easy pieces. |

Comments: This is a very good cobbler recipe, but the next time I make it, I am going to make a double batch of the peach mixture and only one batch of the bread mix. |
