I decided to try ground chicken and these turned out pretty delicious! I added 1.5 cups of bread crumbs and they were still pretty soft, which was different eating them. But nonetheless, they were good a change from a plain turkey burger.

My family tried this recipe and loved it!!! The only reason I voted it a 4 was because the consistency of the meat is a little mushy. I added about 1/4 C. bread crumbs to help with that. When my husband was grilling them he had to be very careful turning them. Once they were cooked they tasted so good I wanted to make them for the next night too. I did refrain and am looking forward to them in my next weeks menu!

Really great. Even DH liked it, and he usually complains when its not ground beef. Will make again for sure.

Like a previous post, I had to add bread crumbs . . . otherwise they were too wet and loose to cook on the grill. Flavor-wise, they were great! I am looking for a good potato and veggie combination to go with it. We used the garlic green beans and pesto potato salad as sides. The wife loved the burgers and the salad. We still need to work on the beans or another side.

Hi, I'm 12 years old and I had to cook dinner tonight. I choose this food because it sounded good to eat. My aunt told me to pick something healthy, so I picked turkey burgers. We added to the ingredients Italian bread crumbs (2 cups) and 2 tbsp Sour cream (my aunt's idea). We grilled it on the George Foreman. One side at a time and then we put the top lid down on the burgers. We also used Fresh French Hamburger buns from Publix. Those taste great! Overall, the Texas Turkey Burger was really good. I ate two of them!
