Comments: I made this recipe last night and I used a bundt pan as I could not find my loaf pans. I must say after reading all the reviews I was expecting this to be the most amazing banana bread ever, and although it is quite tasty, I prefer the recipe I've been using for the last few years. I will try this recipe one more time using the proper equipment and see if that will change my mind. Or I simply may try it as a muffin/cupcake recipe. |

Comments: The Bread turned out perfect. I made only one loaf in the larger pan, I was concerned about how well it would cook but it turned out perfect. My husband enjoyed almost half the loaf in 1 day!!! Great Recipe. |

Comments: I first made this recipe when I was in 10th grade of High School (I'm 25 now) and it became one of my instant favorites! It's always a huge hit with everyone. Also, I almost never have buttermilk on hand but find the substitution of lemon juice and milk works perfectly... Honestly, just plain milk works too! Definitely, a recipe worth keeping! |

Comments: I have made this bread and it is wonderful. I like try new things. Where I live this time of year we have a lot of sweet potatoes. So I so in place of the banana's I used boiled and mashed sweet potatoes and a little extra milk. My kids just loved it. |

Comments: I made this bread a few days ago and it turned out perfect. It was the very first bread I have ever attempted to make and I am glad I did it. It turned out great! I only had one pan to make it with so the extra batter I added chocolate chips to and made muffins with it. I'm making it again this weekend with blueberries added. I strongly suggest this recipe. |

Comments: I tried this recipe yesterday, and it was wonderful! The kitchen smelled heavenly, and it was very easy to bake. I only had two very ripe bananas, so I cut the recipe in half. That way, the bread would be more banana-licious. Based on other reviews, I was curious to try it with chocolate chips. So I put 1/2 cup of walnuts and 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. It was perfect! Not too sweet but very flavorful. I'm definitely making this recipe again! |

Comments: I first tried this delicious banana bread when my friend Karen gave me a loaf for Christmas. I'd never had banana bread that was this moist and tasty. Everyone in my family fought over getting the last slice of that loaf of banana bread! I begged Karen for her secret and she shared this recipe with me. Now it is a staple in my favorite recipes. |

Comments: Amazingly delicious. I'm always baking, and I make this sometimes after school if I'm bored for my friends. I added two shakes of cinnamon for more flavor and made my own buttermilk with a squeeze of lemon juice and lactose-free skim milk. Sounds odd, but it still comes out scrumptious. :)
I still use this recipe if I ever want banana bread! |

Comments: I recently made this bread. The first time I nailed it! I made it according to the recipe but I had to make my own buttermilk (just mixed 1/2tsp with 1%milk) I still had extra bananas and made it a second time with splenda cause I ran out of sugar...not a good idea. If you follow the directions and don't overbake it, you will be very pleased! |

Comments: This was by far the best banana bread I ever made. Everyone asked for more before they had finished the first one. My 13 year old daughter loves it for breakfast and a snack after school. My only problem was that it did not seem to make 2 loaves so I had one loaf and 12 muffins, this time I will either make all muffins or use a cake pan, like a bundt cake. Thanks Betty! |
