This was good and is very versatile - you can add ingredients to your own taste. I toasted the walnuts and used it as a base for a layered dip. PS: I also gave it my ultimate test - spread some on a toasted multi-grain bagel; it passed with flying colors!

I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out...It was excellent! I wanted a dip that would be easy to make and made this for a family reunion. I got many compliments and requests for the recipe.. I then took it to work and got the same response. It doesn't look real pretty but the taste is worth it!! The only suggestion I got was to put a sign on it when I take it places so people are aware that there is nuts in it. Just in case of allergies.

I needed something in a hurry. I had all the ingredients, and thought why not? Turned out much better than I thought. Used fat free cream cheese, added lime zest. No one could believe this was a lite dip. Will definitely make this again. Thanks for the recipe. Abracos

I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out because I never heard of corn and walnuts in a dip. I ended up making this for a work party and a family party. I got many, many compliments and ended up handing this recipe out to many people. Thanks!!

This recipe is fantastic. I served this at two different parties, within two weeks, and everyone raved about it. It has just the right amount of spice, and the aftertaste leaves everyone wanting more.

We made this in class in school and the reviews were pretty unanimous, the kids loved it the only thing I would do different next time is cut the spices in half....I loved the tang of the lime!! Can't wait to take it to a picnic this summer.
