All in all this was enjoyed by the family. i made it with flour tortillas. i found one can of chili wasn't enough for 10 shells. next time i'll buy 2 cans and maybe add cheese inside too. I used a med. salsa which added a nice zest.

Good for those "Something easy" nights, but we really weren't impressed. I used Hormel Chili with no beans, and Old El paso mild salsa. The salsa was a bit too sweet for this and I think Maybe a better chili would make this dish much more palatable. Also with cheese added inside the tortilla as well as on top, as someone else already suggested. My husband re-named these "Ghetto Enchiladas" because they are indeed very cheap to make.

Great idea for the hot dogs. Here in Mexico they eat a lot of them and this is a great way to "spice" them up a bit. I make my own chili and salsa and serve it at ladies gatherings. Although it's not Mexican, they still love it.

This was good and if you are looking for something different to make, this is it. I did put cheese inside each wrap up because my husband loves cheese. It turned out pretty good. He said it reminded him a little bit of enchiladas. I would make again this because it is a different use of hot dogs instead of just having them with macaroni and cheese.

We fixed this for a Super Bowl party and everyone loved it! I'm not crazy about corn tortillas but made this exception and I couldn't imagine them without the corn tortillas. Great with the cheddar!

What a hit! I made a double batch and took it over to my sons house to share with his roommates. I've finally found something that all 4 of the 21 yr.olds really like and can afford to make. They even made my husband and I a dish of it and brought it over to say thanks.
