I loved this recipe. I agree that the sauce could have been thicker and did need something. I added a little extra honey to mine and added some all spice (or pumpkin pie spice) to the glaze. This added just enough of a kick! so yummy! Also I flipped the chicken again about 5 minutes before pulling it out of the oven.

I made this recipe and used it as a marinade then grilled it. I grilled half of the chicken as is and half in foil packets. Both were good, but tasted like I needed something else in in - garlic or chives or rosemary. I would try it again, but add something to it.

This recipe was great, the sauce is great over white rice but it is thin for the chicken. At the end I will probably add a touch of starch to the sauce to make it jelly a little so it will cling to the chicken a little better.

I do not recommend this recipe at all. The orange juice does not flavor the chicken well, and the overall taste was horrible. Possibly reducing the amount of orange juice used may save this recipe. We decided to salvage the meal by cooking as a stir-fry with more honey and soy sauce. Throw it together with the "Brococoli and Red Pepper Toss" recipe, and you will have a winner. Don't forget to splash with fresh squeezed oranges. Do NOT use orange juice used to prepare chicken. Good luck with this one....

The chicken was tasty but the sauce was not as thick as I would have thought. I served it with steamed white rice and steamed broccoli.

Probably wouldn't make it into our regular dinner regime but was nice enough to have on occasion.

This recipe was not what I expected. The chicken tasted horrible and we did not eat it for dinner that night. However, the next night I used the remaining chicken in stir fry and it tasted ok.
