I like the convenience of cooking this chicken in the oven, it was just a little dry outside but me and my family thought it had a great taste! The first time that I used this recipe, I took a chance and fixed it for homecoming day at my church (09/09), I didn't have any left to bring back home and some of the ladies wanted to know what was in the recipe! I am perfecting it just a little bit to suit my fancy but it is one that I will use over and over again! Happy Cooking~

The kids loved this!! I used Italian powder instead of the ranch and Golden Plump Italain marinated chicken. It was quick and easy not to mention the kids ate it without a fight!!!

I made this and it was soooo good. I love fried chicken and this was a close alternative. I didn't use the ranch dressing though I used seasoned salt and it was great. I highly recommend this recipe!

I did not like this recipe because the chicken came out too dry. It needs to have more liquid in the ingredients.

YUMMY!! I let the chicken sit in the buttermilk all day that way it "marinated" better. I also used 2 cups of corn flakes as well. My whole family loved it!! We will be adding this to our favorites list :)

I prepared the chicken according to recipe. The buttermilk smelled like rotten milk, the chicken won't coat properly unless you put it in a bowl, not a bag, and the coating was lumpy. Never again.

I made this for my family and we loved it! There was just enough ranch to give it a zesty little kick. I will definitely be making this again! Thanks!

OhMyGosh! I am nineteen years old living in my first place with my long time boyfriend...I decided to attempt cooking fried chicken for the first time ever and chose this recipe. Now, I am not a big fan of ranch, but figured that my boyfriend loved it and it was worth it for him. THIS RECIPE IS AMAZING!!! My chicken came out incredibly juicy and full of flavor, the ranch really sets it off and isnt over powering, definetly inhances it and sets it apart from regular fried chicken. I did substitute the corn flakes for bread crumbs, but it still came out perfect! Thank you Betty Crocker!!!

This is the best "non messy" recipe for chicken I have. You can spice it up however you'd like. Turns out perfectly done and juicy... the greaseless counter and stove make the food taste that much better!

I LOVE this recipe. It is by far my favorite chicken recipe. The result is a very tender, moist one! I make this one time and time again.

This recipe was just ok. The flavor on the outside was good but the flavor didn't really permeate to the rest of the chicken and mine also turned out dry. It wasn't bad though for such an easy recipe.

My chicken didnt look anything like the picture, which had me really worried at first. Mine was whiter and had a little burnt crust on the pan. But it was amazing, I have made about 6 recipes from this site and my husband is really picky. He hasnt really been impressed by any of the others, but this one has him hooked. He bragged for like 3 days!!
