Comments: The cookies were very good. The dough is very sticky, so make sure you flour the rolling surface very well. The recipe doesn't say to, but I froze my dough overnight, and even then you need to work quickly. Also, if you roll the dough too thin, the cookie bakes up crunchy. Still good, but crunch. |

Comments: I made these cookies to distribute to all of my husband's co-workers over the holidays. The cookies were a hit. However, I found them to be very flavorful but dry and hard to roll out. If I were to make them again I would find a way to moisten them up a bit. |
