Made this cake for a Women's Retreat whose theme was "Chocolate Boutique" and it was all I'd hope it would be for the end of a candle light dinner! Very chocolately and not dry at all and absolutely delicious. Very simple to make (I didn't try it out before the dinner) and it was enthusiastically received and devoured. This is a recipe that I will use over and over!! |

Fantastic! Definitely a chocolate-lovers best affair! I would suggest be very careful not to over-bake it, as the cake may turn out dry.. |

huge success at family party today. the only problem was that there wasn't enough for seconds for all!! because it looked so spectacular, everyone wanted to try a slice. |
