Comments: Disappointing. Completely tasteless on wheat crackers, but was actually some better on plain Ritz after it was cold. |

Comments: This recipe was a big hit. I did do things just a tad different. I put the melted butter, slivered almonds, and sherry over the brie before i put it in the oven. The cheese was not runny, but was definately on the gooey side. I also served with crusty, slightly toasted french bread slices and thinly sliced apples. It went quickly. |

Comments: This is a fast easy recipe. I put it togeather after my guests arrived it takes 5 minutes and it was a big hit. Two of the 4 girls asked me for the recipe. |
