Comments: I made this twice in less than a week! Finally found the closest match to a lemon chicken we had in a little Chinese restaurant in Switzerland years ago. I never forgot the wonderful sauce. Used tenders instead of breasts as we enjoy more breaded pieces. Mashed potatoes the first time but the rice and spring rolls the second time has my husband still raving about his now favorite dinner. Make plenty of sauce. |

Comments: The combination of the breadcrumbs and the Bisquick keeps the coating nice and light, yet still crispy. And the lemon sauce-- YUM! I will make this recipe again and again. |

Comments: I liked the chicken, but definately not the sauce. Tasted like a lemon custard, very sweet and tangy, not what I wanted with a fried chicken. |

Comments: I have made this tasty Chinese inspired recipe several times. My family loves it with white rice and homemade spring/egg rolls. However, I recommend doubling the recipe for the lemon sauce. |
