Comments: Very good and easy. I doubled it so I put it in an 8x8 instead of a pie pan and added some bacon pieces. Even my picky toddler ate it. I will be keeping this recipe. |

Comments: I made this recipe a few times already. That's how delicious it is. My husband loves it & each person that tries it, likes it too. I substitute crumbled feta cheese for either the mozzarella or cheddar & instead of green pepper, I add chopped small green olives stuffed with feta cheese or pimento. |

Comments: Soooo light & creamy & cheesy! I didn't change a thing the 1st time around, altho I can see adding bacon bits or ham to this wonderful Impossible Pie.
If you are using a darker, non-stick pie plate, you may want to consider lowering the oven temp 25° to keep from over browning the onions on top. |

Comments: This is a very quick and easy to prepare recipe that is very tasty and delicious. You can always substitute the cottage cheese for another tasty cheese (I made it with fresh parmesan and it was so delicious). |

Comments: I found this very easy to do, and have now made it several times. I substitute tomatoes and onions for the peppers, because I can't handle the peppers. The flavor was still very good, but it almost overflowed my pie pan. |
