I used chicken instead of pork, which worked very well too. Someone commented that their's had to much liquid...I used the extra thick BBQ sauce which definitely did not create too much liquid. Instead of the frozen peppers I used fresh peppers and I found it to be better and created an extra crunch and texture that forzen veggies just don't have. Overall the dish is good but you really have to LOVE BBQ sauce, it is a little over powering at times.

This was good, and easy. However, I think calling it a fajita is a little bit of a stretch. The added ingredients help to make it a little more "southwest", but it is still a pulled pork sandwich. Better served with chips, coleslaw, and on a bun. I had a mexican theme going on, and my guests wondered why there was guacamole and tortillas with the meat that was very tasty, but BBQ nonetheless. Just an FYI.

I made this recipe for coworkers and everyone ended up asking for the recipes. The flavor is excellent and it is so easy to make in the slow cooker. My only complaint (which others have mentioned too) is that there was too much liquid, making it extremely messy to eat on a tortilla. I will need to adjust this somehow the next time I make this recipes, but I will definitely be making this recipe again.

This was, by far, the easiest and tastiest pork dish I've made in a long time. My husband loves BBQ, but it's a big task to smoke a pork roast the traditional way. He loved this! It took me 5 mins prep and I didn't touch it again for 8 hrs. Great for summer if you have people coming over. I didn't even add the vegetables, just used the pulled pork for sandwiches.

I couldn't believe how much my picky son and husband liked this. The amount of the sauce for the recipe was enough for my 4 pound port shoulder! The boys couldn't stop raving about how good this was! So easy to make, I put it in the bottom oven of my AGA and didn't remove it until the next evening! Wonderful

The first time I made this was for a Super Bowl party & it was a BIG hit. I've made a few times since then, and I mix up the sauce and slice the onion the night before so it's even quicker to put in the cooker the next morning.

I made this on a Suday when we had fajitas. Made it Monday on hamburger buns for BBQ sammies. Then used it in quesidillas on Wednesday. None of it was boring, the meat was perfect. My husband gives rave reviews. Thank you for this recipe.

This was very easy to make. Pork was tender and very tasty. Only problem was too much liquid, even when removing pork with slotted spoon for serving. I would drain some liquid next time before shredding the pork and placing back in crockpot for that last 30 minutes. My husband loved this recipe!

I made this for my SuperBowl party last year and it was a total success. Everyone loved it, it was delicious, and it could sit in the slow cooker all night while we all watched the game. It was so easy, and so good, too!

I was surprised, this was very good. I do not like Pace Picante, so I used Rotel. I doubled Rotel and used half of the Barbeque sauce. I will make this again.

This makes a great family meal for week nights. Healthy ingredients make this easy dish one that my family enjoyed and I felt good serving to them. Do trim all excess fat off of the pork thought to keep it from being too greasy.

I made this last night and it was a hit. My husband took some leftovers along with some tortilla chips, guacamole, cheese, etc. and made a sort of nachos with it for his lunch at work. The only thing I changed was to add an additional half bag of the veggies because I like more of those in my fajitas. Of course, this makes it go a bit further, too.

The flavor was great! Everyone liked it and I will continue to make this recipe. I think I may have done something wrong because it was very soupy. After we got past that the kids ate 2. I had just enough left for my husband and me to have one each the next day. This is a keeper!
