This cake was easy to make and so delicious! We first had it at a friend's house and my son who is not a cake eater devoured MY entire piece! He then spent the next few days begging me to make it at home. It is very light and as my mother put it "summery". I will definitely be baking this cake again! It is also a nice alternative for those who don't like traditional chocolate or white cake. |

I made this for Mother's Day. It was great! The citrus flavor was very refreshing, and not over-powering. It was a hit. And it really wasn't difficult. I will make this again. |
