Very yummy! I used panko and it was great. I left it in the oven a little too long in order to really crunch up the top so it dried out the fish. Still good though!

This recipe made the salmon taste like it came from a top restaurant. So easy, but so delicious.

My husband said this was the best fish I have ever made! I omitted the thyme added a couple shakes of dried minced onion and garlic powder. Will make again!

I used the zest from one lemon and added juice from one lemon to the butter. I also used Progresso italian style bread crumbs instead of plain. It turned out excellent and not fishy at all!

Use Talapia instead (that's all I had onhand) and it's still wonderful!

This recipe is incredible - I used the Progresso Panko breadcrumbs and got amazing results (with the Italian flavored variety, I didn't have to put as much seasoning in). The fish stayed moist and delicious and the crust is crunchy and rich. We got that "fried" fish satisfaction without the "fry"

Absolutely wonderful. Made this tonight using COHO Salmon. My husband said this was definitely restaurant quality! I served it with fresh asparagus and rice w/curry sauce.

This recipe is quite simple and classic looking but I am not a fan of zest and would rather have added lemon juice because I thought the salmon was a bit fishy, even though it was fresh from the fishmonger. I love the topping and next time I would actually double the mixture and spread it more thickly because the topping is what really makes this recipe.

I made this delicious recipe and it is so easy yet elegant enough for company. Here are my tips: make the fresh bread crumbs in your food processor (fresh is better than dry crumbs with this recipe) and use a high quality parmesan cheese. You have got to try this recipe!

This recipe is delicious. One of the best we've had. It goes well with salad for a nice light, healthy, and tasty dinner. Tip: I use zest from 1.5 lemons. One is too little and two makes it too lemony. DELICIOUS

i thought it was very good. i didn't get the full amount of zest from 1 lemon so i think next time i'll put down lemon slices under the fish. also, the fillet i used was a bit thin so i should have reduced the amount of breading.

I am not a great cook, but I follow directions pretty well. That was one of the best recipes I've ever made. It was very easy and quick, served it with mashed potatoes and tossed salad. My husband was complimenting it all throughout the dinner... and he is pretty picky when it comes to trying new meals. Highly recommend for a quick weeknight dinner.

This recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight meal and can be easily dressed up for company. I used 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup 4C seasoned breadcrumbs and the dish came out very savory. My husband and I enjoyed this dish very much.

My husband had to go on a low - no fat diet. If you use no fat margarine, reduced fat parmesan cheese, this recipie will only have 3.5 grams of fat. He is a very picky eater, and he loved it!
