This recipe was great my husband and son enjoyed it. I would add some salt to the chops when cooking for more favor. I did not grill the chops but placed them in a fry pan with a little oil and cooked with the sauce after marinating them in the honey mustard mixture all day. Quick, easy and delicious.

Very good! I did make a few changes-I used regular thin cut pork chops so I didn't have to waste time butterflying them. I didn't have white wine vinegar, so I just added more red wine vinegar. I marinated the pork in the sauce for 10 minutes before I cooked it on my grill pan.

I didn't grill the chops, it's to cold out. So, instead I prepared sauce as directed, then I fried the chops till they were golden brown on each side. I turned the heat down and poured the sauce over the chops and let them simmer for 10-15 minutes. It was so yummy. Even my 5 picky kids loved it. Next time I will make extra sauce because it was so yummy!!!

This was a great recipe, i substited a few things, like I used fresh squeezed orange instead and used fresh basil and red wine vinegar and apple cider vinegar and I added 2 cloves of garlit at the end and let it sit for about 15 min before grilling. This was a fabulous recipe, nice and summery.
