This is a fantastic healthy recipe here on Betty Crocker. I can't wait to try it as a dip instead of salsa, too!

My family loved this corn and black bean salad. We love it as a side dish with grilled steaks and baked potatoes. It was also awesome with some sliced grilled chicken and rolled into a tortilla. Can't wait to share it with our family that is coming for a visit. Quick and easy and the left overs still tasted fresh the next day.

This was a big hit even with so much food for thanksgiving. Just wanted a lighter salad to start things out and it was very good.

I loved this recipe, although I did modify somewhat. I used 2 fresh tomatoes, and used the whole can of black beans. Used a very generous amount of freshly ground sea salt, as well. YUMMY!

We used this for our Daughters of the American Revolution potluck style luncheon last week. It is absolutely delicious as for the taste, the best corn black bean salad ever. As for the look of it though the ladies ate it, it wasn't the best looking of the salads. It doesn't look as great as it tastes. As I say, so what when it tastes the best? It takes longer to make than 15 minutes, though we did double the recipe too. What we took home from the pot luck I lived on while mom went out babysitting her grandson. Low calorie and low fat helped me lose some weight. Wonderful recipe.

This is good stuff - easy and healthy! I added a little more corn to bulk it up a bit. Could go a little bit lighter on the lime juice - was a little soupy toward the bottom. A big hit at our dinner party. Definitely recommend it!

Really good, easy to make, lots of flavor, I used double the avacado, the kids ate it up!
