Comments: This cake was a hit! It is super moist. I used cool whip instead of making my own mousse too. Saved some time this way. It worked well, and no one could have noticed the difference. |

Comments: I made this cake for a party, and everyone loved it. I couldn't find raspberry pie filling, so I used blackberry instead and the tastes were wonderful together. I think that any berry pie filling would be an easy substitute. The cake had a tangy taste with the buttermilk, and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend this cake for any occasion. It's quick, easy, and the results are great! |

Comments: This cake is wonderfully moist. I split each layer and used lemon curd in the middle and used the cream cheese, sugar, lemon peel and whipped cream frosting in the other two layers and to frost. |

Comments: cake was really good but kind of tart. I added 1/4 cup of sugar to the mousse. Also I think it would be better if you drain the seeds before you add the filling to the whipped cream. Other than that I really liked this cake (and it was cute too) |

Comments: This cake is amazing! Whenever I make it, I get so many compliments. I add about 1/4 cup sugar to the heavy cream and make about 1 1/2 batches because everything tastes better with more frosting! |

Comments: I made this cake for my family's Easter celebration. It was easy to make and a big hit. The combination of lemon cake and raspberry was very tasty together and looked nice when the cake was cut. This isn't a good time of year for raspberries, so I skipped the garnish. I suggest straining the pie filling that is used in the icing. I just used the strainer that I use when making spaghetti. Some seeds got through, but it was still very good! I definitely make this one again! |

Comments: I made this cake for my cousin's bridal shower (her colors were yellow and pink) and everyone LOVED it. I had several people asking me for the recipe. Very good and moist cake. The frosting is sweet but not too sweet. |
