Comments: I also had to substitute regular onion for green one. Healthy, tasty and a very presentative salad. Served with crab cakes for my mother-in-law on Mother's day. She, and everyone else, were very impressed! Will definitely make again, maybe with cous cous and cilantro. |

Comments: I had to change some of the ingredients as I didn't have tomatoes, cucumber or green onions. Instead I substituted a regular cooking onion, half a green pepper and add 100gm of cooked, crisp pancetta. It's a meal unto itself. Absolutely delicious. I'll make it again, maybe even try it the way it's supposed to be made, lol |
