Comments: A truly great dinner on the grill! I love that it includes so many veggies and the olives give it that Spanish flavor. I serve it over or with yellow rice and it's a hit at my house. |

Comments: I really like this recipe I havn't made it on the campfire like everyone else. But in the oven i like to put it in a baking dish and cover with foil... also i like to mix the chicken and everything in, find it makes it a lot more moist. also i added carrots and celery since i was at home :) |

Comments: DELISH!!! So easy to make and clean up! My kinda recipe. I agree with "Great in a Pinch" that fish would work very well with these flavors! Way to go Betty! |

Comments: 1st off "qponpatty"!!! IF you read the instructions 2 tsps were used in the sauce, then ONE tsp. was used to cover the chicken!!!!! Helps if you read the WHOLE recipe.
I made this while camping.......and my kids loved it. I DID omit the olives.....just not something that we care for. I served it with tortilla's to those that wanted, and it was very good!!
Thanks for the recipe!!! |

Comments: I followed the instructions but this did NOT turn out very good---in fact my husband and I threw it in the trash---not even good enough to give away. There just wasn't any flavor |

Comments: My husband and I loved this recipe. The kids not so much; too many vegetables for them. It's easy and it doesn't heat up my kitchen (thank God because my A/C is broken!). The vegetables are very tasty. I think the flavors would work well with fish, too. Will make this again...repeatedly. |

Comments: Look at recipe and let me know why you use 1 tablespoon of flour and then you have 3 teaspoon of chili powder.
As I recall 3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon.
You might wish to update this. |

Comments: This is an excellent recipe! Mother of three with a very busy schedule. Made some changes to fit my schedule and family but came out great! I work late so grilling is not always possible. Made this in the oven instead. I lined a casserole pan with tin foil (eases cleaning). I cooked my chicken in a skillet in a cooking spray until done. Mixed everything as the recipe instructed. After adding my chicken to the top I added a little salsa over the chicken for an added kick. Covered tightly with tin foil and baked at 400 degrees until the potatoes were done (35 to 40 minutes). For the kids I added shredded cheddar cheese to their plates and served with toasted sour dough bread. They loved it! Nothing leftover. Will make again! |

Comments: This was a super easy meal to put together. It was very good and my family loved it. It has a mexican/salsa taste. I didn't use all of the recommended chili powder and it turned out perfect! I will make this one again! |
