I decided to try this recipe after reading the glowing reviews. This was okay, not bad but not fantastic either. I might make it again, but this is not a new favorite. By the way, I gave this 3 stars, my husband thinks it only deserves 2.5. I like the flavors of these items individually, but together I am surprised they didn;t seem to work better. This was a rather easy recipe to prepare and the chicken was tender.

I made this for a nice sunday lunch and it was great. I took the suggestion from one of the reviews to make some bow tie pasta with it and it helps with the presentation...helps make it not onlly look like a really filling meal but eat like one too! We really enjoyed this meal...it was very fragrant and the sun dried tomatoes really add flavor! I used Newman's own Italian dressing and it made it really juicy. We both really liked this meal and I will make it again.

I made this dish using a calorie and fat free Italian dressing to further "health" it up. I had to add a little extra water here and there to keep the sauce purring along, but it turned out great. Be sure to get good quality sun-dried tomatoes and drain them well with paper towels. (I press them in the towel to remove as much oil as possible). The beans, carrots and celery cook up in the sauce to provide the perfect vegetable accompaniment for the chicken. I'll keep this recipe.

loved it! it was truly a less than 30 minute meal, which really impressed me. and the added bonus: if you're on the abs or south beach diet, just add another vegetable as a side and it's a meal that's okay with their guidelines. oh yeah and it tastes great!

This was delicious! I will definitely make it again. I cooked and drained 8 ounces small bow tie pasta and stirred it in at the end to make a complete meal.

This was extremely simple and delicious. I used good seasons dressing because I made it with basalmic vinegar and olive oil, which gave the chicken a very good flavor. My kids didn't like it, but my husband and I did. It needed salt. I will make this again.

The recipe was easy to prepare, and the chicken moist. However, it was lacking in flavor. Adding broth instead of water, as one reviewer suggested might help. Could also use other seasoning.

Nice quick dinner. I used a bit more dressing and used broth instead of the water. I also added rice and used pork chops. This is a great dish because you can use whatever is on hand. Would be great with Greek dressing, chickpeas and feta. I will make this again.

This recipe is really good. I added some bell pepper for extra color. (Not that it needed it, it was very colorful). As they say this one is a keeper and I will make it again and again.

This dish is fantastic! We had it for a Sunday afternoon dinner, and will definitely have it again. I changed the recipe slightly, in that I added red and yellow peppers rather than the celery, and everyone raved over it!

Made this last night and it was great. I didn't have dried tomatoes so I used diced. The chicken was really moist.

The recipe was bland, no flavor. The chicken was very dry, it could have used a sauce.

We loved this recipe. I made a loaf of herb bread to go with it, what a fantastic supper. It's in my file under "favorite, fast and great meals".
