Comments: This is a great basic recipe for weeknight dinners. Made this with fresh veggies (red, yellow and orange bell peppers, squash and mushrooms) cut up. I added them at the same time that the recipe calls for, sauteed them a little and then added a bit of water to the pan before putting on the lid to let the veggies and chicken cook together. I also added more thyme and sprinkled garlic salt on the dish once I added the veggies. This gave the dish some more oomph. I served the chicken and veggies over rice and as a nice surprise, the water I added made a nice, flavorful and thin sauce to spoon over the dish. I can't wait to make this dish again--and experiment more with the veggies and spice combinations! You won't be disappointed with this light and healthy recipe. |

Comments: I made this dish and it was extremely bland (no flavor at all), it was quick and easy to make. I would not make this again. |

Comments: This was a good meal. The chicken breasts turned out really well, not too dry. I added some fresh cracked pepper after the veggies, otherwise followed to a T. The boyfriend really enjoyed it. We ate this with rice (Chicken Rice Lipton/Knorr side) and biscuits. |

Comments: Very easy to make and pretty good! Needs a little extra taste so use more thyme or garlic than the recipe says! Overall very good! |

Comments: Very simple and tasty, but my chicken breasts got too burned on the outside. I may cut them up next time and cook them on lower heat. |

Comments: I love this recipe!!! My mom and I made it last night and the whole house smelled like a restaurant. No joke! I told my mom, it looks beautiful, and tasted so good!! It literally looked, smelled and tasted like it came straight from Carrabba's or something!! Amazing! |

Comments: This was a wonderful meal. I made rice Pilaf with this and placed everything over the rice and WOW! This is now one of my favorites and I have made it like 4 times already. I buy the frozen brocc. and carrots with garlic flavor and they add just the right kick...... |

Comments: I liked this meal for its simplicity, ease and its nutrition.
I don't know if it was an error on my part or not-- my vegetables were overcooked by the time the breasts were cooked thoroughly. I followed the timing in the instructions. If I cook it in the future, I will most likely add the vegetables nearer the end to overcome this issue.
The one variation I used was the addition of pearl onions with my veggies.
The 3-spoon rating for me indicates it met expectations. I reserve higher ratings for unusually good recipes-- not basic ones like this one. |

Comments: I used turkey breasts instead of chicken and also used olive oil to cook the turkey. Once it was done, I added butter to add some flavor to the veggies. The veggies I used were not frozen but came in a bag in the produce section. Seasoned salt along with fresh ground pepper also helped this recipe. Quick, easy and extremely healthy- I loved it. |

Comments: Quick, filling and very easy, but unfortunately very bland. I used fresh thyme and garlic, fresh broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, and leftover corn and peas. I happened to be making this for my grandmother, who has to go easy on the spices, so I was looking for something light, but it actually had very little flavor at all (for my taste). She liked it, tho, and I guess i would recommend it for anyone who is cooking for a low-spice / no-spice person. |

Comments: Quick & easy, a little bland so I suggest adding more seasoning to taste and make sure the chicken is cooked thoroughly if thick breasts are used. A nice weekday meal. |
