This is the best recipe, my husband and I just loved it. So easy to prepare, the only thing I changed was I added 3 cloves of garlic to recipe. We are garlic fans and boy was it delicious. Thanks Betty for giving us so many wonderful recipes. Cant seem to make it enough, yummy. I used half a bottle of the sauce, made it nice and juicy.

I made this and thought it was very dry (and I used almost half a bottle of hoisin sauce). Did not have a whole lot of taste. Don't think I'll be making this again.

I made this last night it was pretty good. We had so much left over though. My husband wished there were more sauce and more flavor. After every dinner he tells me his suggestions for the next time I make it. He loves his food. It was pretty good though. I served it with egg rolls.

It was good but it seemed a bit dry to me. Perhaps adding more sauce. Put it did have a good flavor. When we have leftovers I will try serving it with some gravy to moisten it up a bit. This makes a ton of food!

Was an ok meal, too many noodles not enough veggies or hoisin sauce (even with using whole 9oz jar). I will try making it one more time using 2x the veggies (frozen maybe), same amount of noodles, more chicken and definitely more hoisin sauce. Would go great served over whole grain rice if you don't like noodles.

Yummy!!!!!!!!!!This was great. I used the whole jar of hoisin sauce and less fetucini and I still had a lot of fetucini in it. The only bad thing about this recipe is that it is very messy to make. I had to use 2 frying pans, because there was so much, I suggest you get a large wok, it will come in handier in this recipe than frying pans. I will definetly make this again for instance on the start of the Olympics(hehe).

I was a little disappointed in this recipe. It was okay but didn't have much flavor to me. I tried increasing the hoison sauce but didn't seem to help. Doubt if I make it again.

Very good recipe: Tried using less Hoisin Sauce, and adding some Plum Sauce. Put a good flavor to it.

This was a very good recipe. It was easy to make and inexpensive. I will definitely make it again. I think next time I will try it with shrimp.

This recipe was fast to make and had good flavor using the hoisin sauce, although the next time I make it I will use more than the 1/4 cup called for to add more flavor. This dish also reheated well in the microwave the next day as leftovers.

It really was easy, but somehow it didn't taste good. I followed the directions and used all the right ingredients, but my husband hated it. I tried it, and it was ok. I don't think I'll try again.

A very good and easy recipe. I changed just a little, I added shrimp instead of the chicken. I cooked the veggies first, then added some shrimp. My kids loved it, and they actually ate all the veggies.%0d%0a

Tried it and loved it!! Next time I make it instead of the chicken I'm going to use shrimp, and use cellophane noodles or rice instead. My husband called this a "please make it again!!" dinner.

My husband and I thought that this was a great and easy dinner! It was quick to prepare after a long day at work, and home with the kids. My one year old son loves the noodles.

excellent & quick for when you're running late and the kids are screaming. my kids love noodles but I never would have thought to put chicken & chinese vegetables with them. they loved the little corns & carrots so it was a great way to get them to eat their veggies.
