Comments: Good flavor. The touch of Dijon Mustard gave the alfredo a nice variation. |

Comments: The only thing I changed was baby carrots for the sliced carrots, Knorr Alfredo mix made with milk and whipping cream in place of the purchased ready made, and used vegetable oil in place of the olive oil. I had never stir fried peas before. I tossed on some pine nuts for a little more crunch. Lit the candles, watched the rain, and enjoyed this pretty and nourishing dish. It was yummy and I definetly will make it again. |
