Comments: Great find on your website! Thanks. Hubby found them a tad "cheesey" and more of an appetizer than main dish. I would agree if I wasn't full after three!! Ola. |

Comments: I made these last night. I use reduced fat cream cheese, mexicorn and red onion, becuase that is what I had in the house. They were really good. My kids loved them. I also baked them in the oven, they turned out crispy and warm. I would make this again for sure. |

Comments: I love quesadillas! But it's nice to change it up sometimes from just chicken or beef. The imitation crab is great for anyone who might have a seafood allergy, and more cost effective. This was a great way to blend my love for seafood and mexican food together! |

Comments: We did not enjoy this recipe at all. The flavpr was much sweeter then we expected and was not appealing to us. If you don't mind a sweet quesadilla then you will enjoy. |

Comments: These are the best quesadillas I've ever had. I used the real crab, which was a bit expensive, but worth it. They were pretty simple to make too. I made the filling (minus the crab) the night before, and added the crab right before I filled and fried the quesadillas. If you don't like crab, I'm sure these would taste great with chicken. |

Comments: This was a terrific dish that my whole family loved. I would say the only down fall is you have to keep making them as they get eaten up quickly. I made a double batch and the kids were asking for more. |

Comments: The recipe was alright. Probably not something I would incorporate into my regular rotation but its nice when you want an interesting and different taste. I omitted the butter, the pimientos and used flour tortillas instead. If you are looking for something that is Tex-Mex of Mexican I'm pretty sure this recipe won't do it for you. Its more of a fusion dish with a flavor that makes me think more of seafood salads and crab dips. |

Comments: I simplified the recipe a bit by using whipped cream cheese w/chives instead of adding green onions and 1 can mexi-corn instead of adding pimentos. I also added some grated mexican-blend cheese. Couldn't find sun-dried tomato or cilantro torillas so I used chedder jalapeno instead. Everybody loved it. I will definetly make again. Very easy, satisfying and delicious! Would also work great for appetizers cut into small wedges. |

Comments: Skinny this recipe down with FF cream cheese and no butter on the tortilla. Also we used a lower fat content flour tortilla. Being a WeightWatcher, we are always looking for new yummy food and normally are able to "skinny-down" a great recipe. |

Comments: We tried this recipe as a change to our normal mexican fare. We ended up going out for pizza instead. It may have been the crab I used, but I won't be making it again to find out. |

Comments: I made this dish twice, I didn't change a thing. My kids who are huge seafood and mexican food lovers, LOVED this dish. It's an awesome change from the usual Friday night meals! I will continue to make it. Great!! |

Comments: Nice change from what the "typical" mexican meal is like. The first time I made it, I thought it called for too much cilantro so I added less. The amount called for is appropriate though, and I made sure to add the correct amount the second time and it made all the difference. |
