This recipe is delicious. I did add more garlic and used two green onions. It was great. Shared the recipe with family and friends and they thought it was super. Very easy to make.

I used minced garlic, dried basil, and italian seasoning because I didn't have what the recipe called for. Although it was my first time cooking shrimp scampi I didn't know what to expect. To my surprise it actually came out pretty good. Not only did I eat it my kids enjoyed too.

I made this recipe over the weekend and it was Fantastic. I had to double the recipe because my boyfriend LOVES shrimp. I added some butter to the recipe as well. Next time I will add a little more lemon juice (I only used half of a lemon this time. Otherwise I thought this was perfect. Thanks!

This recipe was great! I had to triple the recipe to feed my family of five, but it was still delicious. I'll make sure to make it again.

This was really good and so very easy! Even my picky husband really enjoyed this meal. This is one of those meals that is great when you are pressed for time. (As long as you buy the shrimp pre-peeled and deveined.)

Very wonderful, light recipe! I marinated the shrimp for about 20 minutes in 2 tbsp. of white wine, 1 tbsp. water, FRESH basil, sprinkle of paprika, salt, finely chopped white onion and parsley. I forgot to buy a lemon, so omitted that (but will try to remember next time, even though the dish did not suffer without it). I also only used 1 tbsp. of olive oil with 1 1/2 tbsp. of butter to saute the garlic, just to make the recipe a little more rich. I also slivered the garlic clove instead of finely chopping it, which is reccomended when serving with pastas. Tossed with fettuccine, this dish was remarkable! The basil really topped things off and gave it a nice fresh taste. Super easy, super fast, even pleased this professional line cook and her super picky boyfriend!

I used a whole pound of shrimp so I used about a half a tbsp. of butter in addition to the oil. This recipe was really good and very easy and quick to prepare. I will make this again.

Awesome recipe. I also made wheat pasta and added olive oil, butter, garlic powder, freshly grated parmesean cheese, and salt to the pasta. I served the shrimp over the pasta with freshly grated parmesean cheese on top, and hot french bread on the side. This is a great meal for your family and guests. Will definitely make again.

Super easy to prepare and as delicious as any I've ever had.I served it over an improvised pasta primavera: penne pasta, frozen green peas, chopped fresh parsley and basil, grated parmesan cheese, and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.Be sure to serve the cooking juices! It's delightful.

Being from south Louisiana I have eaten a lot of shrimp and this is by far my most favorite way to eat it. I love garlic so I increase the amount. And it is the easiest and fastest way to make a quick meal. I usually make angel hair pasta drizzled with olive oil, a little butter, garlic powder and sprinkle parmesean cheese on top to have as a side dish with the shrimp. Enjoy!!
