How long can cookie dough and baked cookies be stored in the freezer?
"I would guess that cookie dough would freeze for a month or so. I would make the dough and roll into "logs" like the slice and bake type cookie. Double wrap in plastic. I have seen tubs of cookie dough in the grocery freezer so I know that it"

How long can cookie dough and baked cookies be stored in the freezer?
"Cookies should keep for a month or so but the freezer does "suck" moisture out of things so your cookies may be a bit drier than normal. Uncooked cookie dough I would guess could be frozen for a month or so. I would roll into logs for a slice"

Roast Beef
"The best is a "Prime Rib" I put it in quotes because it is almost impossible to get a Prime cut now days. Look for a rib roast. Bone in. Simply season with salt a little pepper. Place roast on a rack in shallow pan, make sure it is deep enough"

Making a choc cake mix more moist and stretching store bought frosting w/cream cheese
"What I usually do with the containers of frosting is I dump them into my mixer bowl and add a little extra vanilla, or sometimes a bit of amaretto. Then I whip the frosting. I get a fluffier frosting that goes a bit further. More air=more frosting= less"

cake mix for house cake mold
"You might be better off using a pound cake type recipe. I would think that the box cake mixes we have now would be to "soft" I remember "old fashioned" cakes being much denser. I would imagine the bake time would be rather long so"

Do I use Cornmeal On The Bottom of My Pizza To Get That Great Crunchy Taste?
"Corn meal acts like little ball berrings so the pizza dough does not stick to the floor of the pizza ovens. It will add a little crunch to the bottom of the crust. You do not use enough to get a corn taste. Pizza dough is now sold in many grocery stores"

Corn oil to replace melted oleo - how much?

"I hope you get an "official" answer on this but what you have to watch out for is the liquid. By using oil rather than a solid like butter you are increasing the liquids in the recipe so the resulting batter will be runnier. You may also end"
