"I do a very similar cookie but I cut the oil to 1/3 cup. I then make up a cream cheese icing and call them Oreo Cookies. Depending on the season I will sometimes add a couple of drops of food coloring to make them more festive"

"my family LOVED this casserole. I personally couldn't try it because the scalloped potatoes have MSG (monosodium glutamate) which I am highly allergic to. I am shocked to see Betty Crocker still using MSG in their food. I look forward to the day when they don't and I might try more of their products."

"I made this recipe a few months back and my kids/family loved it. I did do a few alterations to the original recipe. I made my own chocolate wafer crust. I then mixed the broken cookies and the ice cream together and added some creme de menthe to the mixture (maybe 4-6 tbsp). If you add the alcohol you need to add more time for the ice cream to set back up. I would recommen making it early in the morning or the night before you are wanting this dessert."

"These were AWESOME!!! and best of all the kids loved them. I did as others suggested and just sliced my apples. I used 2 apples which is about 1 1/2 cups and added some cinnamon to the apples. I am not a fan of coconut but you could add that as well."

"I made this dessert the other night. The ice cream was awesome. The first night I found the ice cream to be still a little soft even thought it had been in the freezer for 5 hours. The next night the ice cream was great but the kids found the cake too frozen. No happy middle. But I will make the ice cream with maltesers again."

"These were pretty good although my family found them very rich. Next time I will try making them with the oatmeal cookie bottom like someone else suggested. I will also cut down on the chocolate topping that was way too much for my family."

"I made these the other night and they were awesome.I didn''t put in the pecan''s because my one daughter is allergic to nuts, but they turned out great. Next time I make them I will put a little less cream in the caramels because it was to runny without the nuts to hold it all together.I also used 1 cup milk chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup semi choco chips and less cream for the topping. I thought it would be too sweet otherwise."
