Peanut Butter Truffle Brownies
"These are also great frozen, especially if you have leftovers - pop them in the freezer and pull out when you need something sweet. My brother in law tells me repeatedly "these are the best dessert I have ever eaten". And he's a tough customer."

Sugar Cookie Snowmen
"I made these cookies, but used the reindeer design from Pillsbury, but used Betty Crocker cookie mix. http://www.pillsbury.com/Recipes/ShowRecipe.aspx?rid=43992 They are SO GOOD! and cute, you can't mess them up. The pretzels really make them a great cookie, adding just a little salty to the sweet. Yum."

Easy Raspberry Brownies
"This recipe is has a good chocolate/raspberry combo. The brownie is very chewy, and the frosting is extra creamy. The dark chocolate on top is a nice touch."
