A handful of sprinkles lend these treats major fun factor, making them perfect for birthdays. Start by adding ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles, 1 cup white chocolate chips and 1/8 teaspoon of almond extract to the melted marshmallow mixture. When the chips have fully melted, stir in Vanilla Chex and transfer to the prepared pan. Sprinkle with ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles for an extra hit of festivity. Tip: Honoring a recent graduate? Find a sprinkle combo in their school colors and go to town.

PB & J Chex Bars

Inspired by the lunch bag staple, this toothsome treat is totally comforting. To start, add ½ cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky will both work wonderfully) to the melted marshmallow mixture. Stir in Honey Nut Chex and 1 cup of dehydrated strawberries, then transfer to the prepared pan. Top with ½ cup chopped roasted peanuts and ½ cup dehydrated strawberries. Tip: Swap out the peanut butter for almond, and then top with chopped almonds instead of peanuts. Any dehydrated fruit can stand in for the strawberries, too.

Coffee & Doughnut Chex Bars

Can’t decide between breakfast and dessert? These bars don’t force you to choose! To make, add 1 tablespoon instant coffee, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 cups of roughly chopped donuts (any kind) to the marshmallow mixture. Stir in Rice Chex and transfer to the prepared pan. Finish with sprinkles on top, if desired. Tip: To make this treat gluten-free, use gluten-free doughnuts.
