Party Invitations

Create collages on cardstock of favorite pop stars from girls’ favorite magazines.
Invite guests to come dressed as their favorite rock star (offer prizes for most creative, etc)

Party Decorations

Sprinkle musical note confetti on the tables.
Display pop star posters on walls. The posters can be rolled up and sent home as party favors.

Party Games & Activities

Let the girls preen and pretty themselves up with a little face and hair glitter, temporary tattoos or a bit of face painting, snazzy nail polish and nail stickers, and costume jewelry.
Once everyone is decked out as a diva, stage a karaoke singing contest...complete with judges. Top picks go home with favorite music CDs.
Buy disposable cameras or allow the girls to use your digital camera to take pics of each other. Send a photo to each guest along with a thank-you note for gifts.

Make and decorate Blue Jeans Cake (birthday diva may want to help).
Make base for Raspberry Punch (do not add ginger ale); chill in large pitcher in refrigerator.
For special ice cubes, place small fresh mint leaves in each section before freezing ice.
