“I’m hooked! It was my first time grilling on a plank and the salmon was fabulous! I just brushed the salmon with olive oil, (no herbs, salt or any extras) and let the presoaked plank and the grill do the rest. The salmon was cooked to perfection (took about 12 minutes) and the flavor was lightly smoky and delicious."

I took a plank to work with me in a resealable food bag. About an hour before I left work, I added water to the bag. When I arrived home, the plank was ready to use and the salmon cooked in minutes!"
