It’s the day after Easter. You have 2 dozen or more beautifully colored hard-cooked eggs in your refrigerator. What do you do with them? Well don’t toss them. Hard-cooked eggs will keep for up to a week in the fridge so you have plenty of time to make a few recipes out of them. 

I absolutely hate wasting food. It pains me if I have to throw anything away so I try very hard to re-purpose leftover food. I actually look forward to those leftover eggs.  Here are 5 creative ways to use those leftover hard-cooked Easter eggs.
